Our enogastronomic engine analyzes the structure and flavor profile of the dish, cross-referencing them with the organoleptic characteristics of the wines in your cellar (acidity, tannins, persistence, and body) to recommend ideal pairings.
Can I use my existing QR codes? expand_more
Yes. You can redirect your existing QR codes to the URLs generated by the VCode platform.
Do guests need to install an app at the table? expand_more
No. At the table, VCode is entirely web-based: guests simply scan the VCode to instantly access the menu, wine list, and games directly in their browser without downloading anything. The Vitinerario App on app stores is designed for our community to discover partner venues across the territory.
What is the difference between monthly and annual plans? expand_more
The monthly plan provides complete flexibility with no long-term commitment. The annual plan offers a substantial discount (equivalent to about 2 months free) and includes the Starter Kit with acrylic VCode table stands (3 for Bistrot & Trattoria, 6 for Ristorante & Wine Bar).
How long does it take to update the menu or add new wines? expand_more
Updates are instantaneous: through your dedicated back office, you can modify dishes, prices, and wine labels in just a few clicks. As soon as you save changes, the table VCode reflects the updated information live for your guests.
How are food allergens and dietary intolerances handled? expand_more
VCode provides intuitive filters that allow guests to filter out dishes incompatible with their food intolerances or dietary preferences with a single tap, simplifying consultation and helping floor staff.
Can I print the VCode on my own materials? expand_more
Yes. Inside your management panel, you always have access to your high-resolution VCode graphic file ready for commercial printing: you can use it on custom table displays, coasters, posters, or window decals.

Upon signup, your access to the dedicated back office is configured so you can set up your menu and cellar. You will receive your digital VCode file immediately and, for annual subscribers, we ship the Starter Kit with acrylic stands ready for table service directly to your venue.
